At The Cuddleberry, we take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before it reaches you.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only in the following situations:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong item or an incorrect size (different from what you ordered).
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your order number, an unboxing video, and clear photos of the product.
- Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact.
Once your request has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we will offer either:
- An alternative product of equal value, or
- Store credit.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for orders once they have been delivered.
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- Your order cannot be fulfilled after confirmation.
- A replacement cannot be provided because the product is unavailable after an approved replacement request.
In such cases, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
