  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

4. Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address,
  • An unavailable recipient, or
  • Refusal to accept the package,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

At The Cuddleberry, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

* The return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
* The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
* You must provide your order number, an unboxing video, and clear photos of the product.
